The Continuous Quality Improvement Process is how Lauer Property Solutions manages to adapt, develop, improve, and refine its business model. By adopting an efficient and rapid improvement system, LPS is able to exceed the needs of the industry and blow past competition. This process helps to improve LPS’s ability to meet its three main business goals:

Provide the best quality of service to the resident, owner, and investor

Provide the most efficient communication and relations between the resident, owner and investor

Reduce costs for the resident, owner, and investor

Learn more about the process.

  • This phase of the process is where new business operating procedures are assessed and developed. Our team decides (based on our three business goals) what the best plan of action is to accomplish our mission. During this phase, we observe every route’s pros, cons, risks, and rewards. It is also during this phase where we take the needs of the resident, owner, and investor into account and determine how we can best suit those needs.

  • During this phase, we take the previously selected plan of action, and execute it to its fullest extent. This phase is where residents will see improvement in our services, owners will get an even better link to residents, and investors will see their investments provide them even more profit. While in this phase, we communicate with the resident, owner, and investor, and obtain feedback on what needs to be improved and sustained going forward.

  • This phase is where Lauer Property Solutions assesses the success and needed improvements in its business model. It is also where feedback from residents, owners, and investors is consolidated and reviewed. Surveys and other useful information-collection procedures are carried out during this phase to get a proper image of the current status of LPS’s business model.

  • After reviewing our own observations along with feedback from residents, owners, and investors, we determine new goals for the business and new improvement areas. With this information, we shift our focus to new areas of the business that need improvement and repeat the process.
